The Delmarva Peninsula D.A.R.T. team would provide

-Phase 1 - Response to a local need.

-Phase 2 - Respond to a local or regional disaster working 
               with I.D.E.S. under FEMA guidelines to restore
               damaged homes/churches.

-Phase 3 - Responding to a national disaster working with
               I.D.E.S. under FEMA guidelines to restore 
               damaged homes/churches.
